These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at catclickcpa.co.uk (the "Site"), operated by CatClick CPA LTD ("CatClick CPA", "we", "us", "our"), a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 14997247, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site is an informational presentation of our services as a performance marketing agency and search feed media buying team. It does not constitute an offer, a binding proposal, or a guarantee of any commercial result. Any engagement between you and CatClick CPA is governed by a separate written agreement, insertion order or partnership terms agreed between the parties.

2. Permitted use

You may view and print pages of the Site for your own internal business purposes. You may not:

• copy, republish or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent;
• use the Site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful activity;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected infrastructure;
• introduce malicious code, or launch automated attacks such as denial-of-service or mass scraping that places unreasonable load on the Site;
• use our name, logo or brand assets in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership that does not exist.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, layout, graphics, logos and the CatClick CPA name and marks — is owned by or licensed to CatClick CPA LTD and is protected by intellectual property law. Third-party names and marks referenced on the Site (for example Google, TikTok, Meta or Taboola) are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from those companies.

4. No warranty

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take care to keep information accurate and current, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to its accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Performance figures, capabilities or examples described on the Site are indicative and do not guarantee comparable results in any specific campaign or engagement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CatClick CPA LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site. The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Such links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse or accept responsibility for the content, policies or practices of any third-party site.

7. Advertising and platform compliance

Where we run campaigns on behalf of partners, both parties are expected to comply with the advertising policies of the relevant platforms and feed providers, and with applicable advertising, consumer protection and data protection law in the territories targeted. Specific responsibilities are set out in the individual agreement governing the engagement.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force, and the date at the top of the page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
